Dear Don and Charmaine:
Thank you for submitting your request for approval to screen in the front entry area to
your home.
The Architectural Control Committee is pleased to approve your request. Please be
sure that the company you have selected is aware that the frame must match the
original window frame color. The-screen door must be a welded decorative door and
align with the front, door to your house. Please submit a photo of the decorative door
that you have chosen.
Please note that the front porch is never to be permanently enclosed, i.e. no glass,
windows, or wall air conditioner units are allowed. Also, kick plates are not allowed.
If the screens ever become faded, torn or in disrepair and become an eyesore, you
must replace them with new screens. Additionally, you must obtain the necessary
permits from the County, complying to the local codes for the above item.

screened protection at the front opening to our new.CBS.home at 14119 Cancun
Ave in Spanish Lakes Fairways. Attached are a diagram by-the contractor
describing the improvement and a picture of the current unprotected opening.
