The subject 0.24 acre property is located approximately ¼ mile west of Highway A1A on the north side of Marina Drive (North Hutchinson Island)  Exhibit #3: Staff Report Jeff Johnson  Action Recommended: Approval of variance for single family residence  Action Recommended: denial of the variance for the swimming pool and enclosure AGENDA ITEM #4 –Petition of Morris L. Garten for a variance from the provisions of Section 4.01.04 (Hutchinson Island Height Limitations) of the St. Lucie county Land Development Code to allow four multi - family buildings to exceed the maximum 35 foot building height requirement by seven feet, for a total building height of 42 feet. The subject vacant property is located on South Hutchi nson Island, approx. 1/3 mile south of Frederick Douglas Park on the east side of Highway A1A.  Exhibit #4: Staff Report Jeff Johnson  Action Recommended: Denial OTHER BUSINESS  Other business at Board Members' discretion ADJOURN NOTICE: The proceedings of the Board of Adjustment are electronically recorded. PURSUANT TO Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Adjustment with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings. For such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Upon the request of any party to the proceeding, i ndividuals testifying during a hearing will be sworn in. Any party to the proceeding will be granted an opportunity to cros s-examine any individual testifying during a hearing upon request. If it becomes necessary, a public hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necess ary to a date- certain.
