Statement of Compliance: This report evaluates the above-listed product per the requirements
of FAC Product Approval Rule Chapter 61 G20-3.005 (4). This product complies with the
requirements of the 5th Edition(2014) Florida Building Code including theI-High Velocity
Hurricane Zone. The product testing standards performed are outlined below.
