The lattice skirting will be fastened to 2 x 4 ladder type frame (as shown in the diagram below)
with vertical supports every 2'. The frame work will be fastened to the concrete every 2' by 2.5"
tapcon screws. The top of each side will be fastened to the opposite by 2x4s every 5'. These
2x4s will be fastened to the bottom of the trailer ie. the frame.
