Attachment Requirements:
Based on the requirements of Florida Product Approval # 16651.2 R2, Table A with
maximum design pressures of-52.5psf and 116.0psf; the following are our recommended
fastening patterns to attach the 16" wide Aluminum GulfLok Roof Panel to the minimum
15/32 plywood decks (fastened to structural supports per product approval) utilizing #10-
12x1" Pancake Type A fasteners through panel slot with 1/4" minimum penetration
through plywood at the following fastener patterns and fastener spacing:

applicable.

requirements for issuance of a warranty(as applicable).
All work shall be in compliance with the local building code product
control notice of acceptance and manufacturer specifications and Florida
Building Code 2014 Edition.
Wind load calculations based on ASCE 7-10, FBC 2014 and information
provided by client. Client is responsible for verifying existing conditions
as it pertains to the above provided product approval.
