Sub section: (9) Commit any willful, fraudulent act as a contractor as result of which another is financially injured. Sub section: (12) Commence or perform work for which a county building permit is required without obtaining the appropriate permit. SLC CCL 10-67: Revocation or suspension of certificates of competency. Sub section: (3) Willfully disregards and violates an applicable state or local building code, regulation or law. Sub Section: (11) Proceeds on any construction job without first obtaining and posting the required county building permits and scheduling required inspections. Staff Recommendation: To revoke the permitting privileges not to exceed one (1) year.
