I originally purchased the lot back in May, 1987 and applied for a building permit in Aug.1987 on Parcel 1 of the lot, with a new Tax ID issued at'that time. Then in 1995 I sold that home, Tax ID 3402-602-0207-000/2. Now Iwish to build on Parcel 2 Tax ID 3402-602-0208-000/9. See attached information. Since these proceedings to split were issued in 1987, aren't these parcels grandfa~hered in before 1990o Also, before I sold my home I talked wit~~ several individuals at the County about the remaining lot and was never advised there could be any problem° Please advise as to how, or if, I need to proceed any further with this matter° Thank you for your time.
