Section 11.03.00 of the t2nd Development Code addresses the division of property into 20 acre .or greater bloc-ks. Under the provisions of this section, if you want to split off a 22 acre tract from the McCarthy parcel and apply it to Lot 98 at the Airpark, you may do so through the lot split process. Ifyou want to split off smaller tracts, you may only do it through the platting process.
