The following items should be addressed: 1) Type of survey should be labeled on each drawing (Chapter 61G17- 6.002 paragraph 3). 2) All fences should be tied to the property lines, dimensions to the property line's shall also be Shown (Chapter 61G17-6.003 paragraph 11). 3) The legal description of the 5.08 acre parcel (see attached copy labeled C) has not been revised.
