There was a parcel slightly north of this parcel that was recently rezoned and plan-amended to CG (commercial, general) however, the zoning of the majority of the property in the general vicinity is the same as Your clients. Not being a real estate agency in your area makes it difficult to research files as to the exact location of the properties and if you could assist me, I could then locate a real estate agency in the vicinity of the property and also visit the properties.
