However, access to the site should only be from Kings Highway with one entrance. This one entrance should be as far away from the intersection toward the south property line as possible. An existing possibly illegal driveway to Orange Avenue should be immediately closed. Orange Avenue is a controlled access facility from Kings Highway east with no access allowed in the interchange area.' Sharon Kim was present and stated that the surrounding property was B-3 and they wished to conform to that zoning. There was no opposition to the petition and no questions from the Board. Motion by Mr. Skeffington and second by Mr. Tiernan to approve the petition. The Board was polled and the motion passed unanimously. The Planning and Zoning Commission will recommend to the Board of County Commissioners approval of the petition.
