Petition of Seven Seas Seafood, Inc., for a change in zoning classificatior from A-1 (agriculture) to B-3 (Arterial Business) for property located on West side of U.S.91, just south of the entrance to Spanish Lakes Riverfront. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the petition. Mr. Colin Campbell appeared on behalf of the petition. He stated that the area in question is a small triangular piece of property, which if rezoned to B-3 will simply extend that classification to his entire piece of property, 200' of which is al.ready zoned B-3 along U.S.~i. The additional zoning is needed to give more room for a planned shopping center. There was no opposition to the petition. Moved by Com. Enns, seconded by Com.
