PUBLIC HEARING
Petition of Frederick R. Scarboroumh for a change in zoning from
A-1 (agricultural~ zo B-3 (arzerzal business) for property located
Boulevard.°n the west side of US#l, approximately 750 ft. north of Mediterranean
Mr. Scarborough appeared before the Board and stated he wanted
his property rezoned so it would conform to surrounding property and
he plans to put up a professional office complex. He stated the firs~
200' is already zoned B-3 but he needs more land than that to build
an office complex.
Mr. Tiernan made a motion to approve the petition and it was
seconded by Mr. Sciturro, and upon vote, passed unanimously.
