If you have any questions on this Resolution, let my office know. In regard to your recent request for a refund of the application fee you filed with your request for a change in zoning, after reviewing our application submission procedures, Section 5.3.400(2), St. Lucie County Zoning Ordinance, I find that I cannot authorize such a refund since this paragraph clearly states that all application fees ar~ nonrefundable. Further, I was not aware until very recently that at the time you lequested withdrawal of this petition, all processing short of actual appearance of the legal advertisement in the newspaper had been completed. In ~ffect, consuming this processing fee. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. However, the regulations in this matter are quite specific.
