(e) Barnett Bank of St. Lucie County (3-0150) Reference Was m~de to-memorandum from Land Development Manager, addressed to County Administrator/County Commission, dated August 19, 1989, re: "Petition of Barnett Bank of St. Lucie County for a Change in Zoning from CO (Commercial Office) to CG (Commercial General)." Jim France, Sr. VP, Barnett Bank, was present to request approval of this petition. Concern was expressed by the Board regarding the changing of Commercial Office to Commercial General only to accommodate the size of a sign, but since the building is already built, there is no danger of changing the use or of setting a precedent, and in this case it would be permissible to grant approval of this petition. It was, therefore, moved by Com. Minix, seconded by Com. Trefelner, to adopt Resolution No. 89-257, a resolution changing the Zoning Classification of certain property in St. Lucie County, Florida; and, upon roll call, motion carried unanimously.
