The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on this petition on September 28, 1989. Following the receipt of public comment, the Commission voted unanimously to recommend the approval of the petition. Martin & Evelyn Robinson presented a petition for a determination of a Class A mobile home as a detached single family dwelling unit in an AG (Agricultural, Productive) Zoning District. 2. ' Staff comments were presented by Ms. Bell. She stated that the petitioners propose to define a Class A Mobile Home as a Single Family Detached Dwelling Unit in Agricultural zoning. She advised that the property is located on the east side of Carlton Road, Whioh is approximately 219 miles north of 'Glades Cut-Off Road. Land Use designation is also Agricultural. The petitioned parcel is bordered entirely.by Agricultural zoning, while the surrounding land uses are mostly undeveloped lands with some single family dwellings on large acreage tracts. Tho dwelling would be located on the front half of the 12 acres, with a setback of approximately 300 feet from Carlton Road. Staff recommends that this petition be forwarded with. a recommendation of approval.
