and recommend approval of the petition.
Chron. Palmer announced that this is a public hearing and asked if anyone wished to
speak in favor of,. or in opposition-to the petition.
Mr. Robert Klostermey_er was present on beb~l f of Mr. Seeley and requested Board
approval of the Petition. No one spoke in opposition to the petition.
Moved by Com. Green, seconded by Com. Fenn, to approve the petition and, upon roll

A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ST. LUCIE COUP, FLORIDA
WHEREAS., the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, has made the following determinations:
!. The St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least thr~ty (30) days Prior to said hearing and all owners of
property within three hundred feet (300') were notified by mail
of said hearing, has recommended that the Board grant the
hereinafter described request for-change in Zoning

on the north side of Midway Road, 197 feet east of U.S. # 1.
Mr. Seeley representing the Barnett Bank, stated this is a small strip
of property zoned R-lC between two larger parcels zoned B-3. The front
parcel and this parcel belong to the Barnett Bank and they have ptans to
construct a branch of their bank here, so they are requesting this small
area be rezoned-to B-3.
There were no objections to the petition.
A motion was by Mr. Carman to approve the petition, it was seconded
by Mr. Wetherington and upon vote, unanimously approved by the .Commission.
This petition will be recommended for approval to the Board of County
Commissioners'
