Mr. Balise stated he was owner of the property and had power of attorney for the others. He stated the five acres ms surrounded entirely by the City of Port St. Lucie. The land on all three sides is presently zoned multi-family. He said there is a 50' wide access right of way from Midpomt Road that leads into the property. He read a letter from General Development in which they stated they have no objections to the petition. He stated that General Development Utilities had said they would furnish water and sewer service. (He gave the Board a coy of each letter and they are a part of his petition). He also had a letter from the adjoining property owner, David G. Evans, stating he had no objections to the zonmng change. Mr. McIver made a motion to approve the petition and it was seconded by Mr. Tiernan. Upon vote, it passed unanimously.
