Mr. Howard Horton wl s present to represent this petition and stated basic-
ally what they would lik to do is actually rezone a small parcel of property
to make it compatible wita the other property they now own. He stated they
had had some response fro~ a trailer manufacturer who was interested in having
a trailer sales business there. We are not sure this is what we want to do.
We just want to make it c,~mpatible with the other property we own.
Mrs. Hazel Eite~ Sec~?etary of Wilimi!l Village By-The-Sea stated they had
improper notice on this p~tition. She stated very few were notified and they
felt all should have been notified, to which Mr. Thomas~ Director of Building
and Zoning stated only th~se within 300 ft. are notified. She went on to say
she felt the developer pi~'.ked this time of the year to do this because most of
the people are gone from ihe park.
Mr. Thomas sta~ed ab. ut 10 people have been notified in Windmill Village
and 35 other people were rectified within the 300 ft. We have no way to convrol
whether they are or are net in some other place. He asked ~f this was part of
