" WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St.
County, Florida, has made the following determinations:

1. William & Sonya A. Gambrll presented a petition for a
determination of a Class A mobile home as a detached single
family dwelling unit in an AG (Agricultural) Zoning District.
2. The St. Lucie County Pianning and Zoning Commission,
held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing notice at
least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing and notifying by
mail owners of property, and has recommended that the Board
a~rove the hereinafter described request for determining a Class
A mobile home as a single family detached dwelling unit in an AG
(Agricultural) Zoning district for the property described below.
3. On August 22, 1989, this Board held a public hearing on
the petition, after publishing a notice of such hearing in the
Fort Pierce News Tribune on August 2, 1989, and notifyi~ng by
mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the subjectr
propertY.
4. The Class A mobile home determination is consistent with
the St. Lucie County Growth Management Policy Plan and has
satisfiedL!~he standards of review set out in Section 2.2.000(46)
of the St. Lucie CoUnty Zoning Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
A. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has
determined that the request of William & Sonya A. Gambril to
determine a Class A mobile home as a detached single family
dwet,ting unit to be l~ocated on the following described property:

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, has made the following determinations:
1. William & Sonya A. Gmmbril presented a petition for a
determination of a Class A mobile home as a detached single
family dwelling unit in an AG (Agricultural) Zoning District.
2. The St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,

mobile home, meeting the definition.of a Class A .Mobile Home as
set forth in Section 2.2.000 (46), St. Lucie County Zoning
Ordinance.
County staff has reviewed this petition and determined the
proposed unit to meet all requirements. Staff recommends
approval of this requested determination. If you have any

Administration Building Annex, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to

the public hearing will also be considered.
