LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following determinations: 1. J.D. DeLoach presented a petition for a Detached Single Family dwelling unit in AG-5 (Agricultural - ldu/Sac) zoning for the property described below. 2. On September 21, 1993, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing notice at least 15 days prior to the hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. 3. The Class A Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth in Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie county Land Development Code. DeLoach to Define A Class A Mobile Home as A Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in AG-5 (Agricultural - ldu/Sac) Zoning. On October 13, 1992 you will be asked to review the above-referenced petition that would allow the applicant to place a new 26' X 76' Class A Mobile Home on a five acre parcel in AG-5 (Agricultural - ldu/Sac) Zoning. The property is located on the east side of German Canal Road, approximately six miles south west of the West Midway Road and Okeechobee Road intersection. Attached you will find a copy of the staff report, any letters received for and against this petition, and Draft Resolution 93-186, which would grant approval of'this request.
