S. #1. Mr. Santo Gibitisco was present, to represent The petitioner. He is ~ne of the gentlement involved i~ acquiring the property. He stated that they were considering a small shopping center or possibly some stores. Mr. Paul Cheries asked how far south the rezoning would extend and Scott answered approximately 344 feet. ~.Mr. Cheries then asked if this w,~uld just deepen the already existing B-3 zoning and Mr. Scott replied that i' would appear so. Mr. Scott then read a letter from Mrs. Dorothy Bell, adjacent proper-y owner, objecting to the rezoning. Mr. Davis inquired as to why the extra depth was needed.
