WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and.Zoning Commission.,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all:~roperty
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners-of St. Lucie
County that the hereinafter described requests of changes in
zoning classification be GRANTED, and-
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on August 8,1978, after first publishing notice of said
hearing in the Mews Tribune on July 20, 19/8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
8th day of .August, 1978, as.follows:

PETITION OF RUTH S. KEIM for a change in zoning classification from A-1
(agricUlture) to R-lC (residential single family) for property located on the
west side of CoOlige Rd. approximately 500' north of Okeechobee Rd.
of ~e petition.
Mr. Keim was present and stated that the rezoning is requested for the
purpose of constructing a second residence on the property for his daughter.
There was no objection to the petition.
Moved by Comm. Green, seconded by Comm. McCain, and upon roll call unani-
mously carried, to adopt Resolution No. 78-74 which grants the rezoning as
well as the two previous rezonings.
