by~t~om. Price, and upon roll call, unanimously carried.
Mr. Jackson ~as present and said he would prefer to stay with the
original petition to R-2 but mentioned the poor drainage on Melville Road.
Eng. Baggett advised'that the county d~Bot have any R/W there al-
though there is a 15' stri~, but if adjacent to~t~_e east would give 45' they
may be able to get drainage water into the North St. Lucie Water Management

Mr. Jackson stated that this 15' R/W wentoriainally with the Property
but 'left out of his Deed although
he hoped to get mt back.
Com. Park acknowledged that the major problem is R/W, and without a
solution to it, to allow more construction would only increase the drainage
problems. He suggested the petition be tabled ~ntil the R/W solution can be
worked out with property owners.
Mr. Rasmussen, adjacent property owner, stated he would make some R/W
available to the County.
Admn. Lewis read a report from the R/W Agent who recommended a survey
or properties involved to determii~e what is needed.
Eng. Baggett asked if the R 'W should be acquired only '%o Brack Road or
