holding a public hearing of which due notice was published

The Planning & Zoning Commission held a publ'ic hearing on
June 23 1977.
Mr. John Hebb explained that he wants to use the land for a
nursery area for ornamental flowers, etc.~ for his retirement.
There were no objections to the petitiOn.
The Planning & Zoning Commission then voted unanimously to recom-
mend approval of this petition to the Board of County Commissioners.
Prior to the public hearing, notice of the s'ame was sent to
all adjacent property owners (by first class mail) as listed on the
attached shett.
