A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEFINITION OF A CLASS A MOBILE HOME
AS A SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT
IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St.
County, Florida, has made the following determinations:
Lucie
1. Ms. Connie Troiano presented a petition to define a
mobile home as a single family detached dwelling unit in an AR-1
(Agricultural, Residential - 1 du/ac) zoning district.
2. On April 23, 1991, this Board will hold a public hearing
on'the. petition, after publishing a notice of such hearing in the
Fort Pierce News Tribune on April 3, 1991, and notifying by mail
all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property.
3. The Class A mobile home has satisfied the Standards of
LandReview Development set forth Code. in Section 11. 05. 02. D of the St. Lucie County
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
A. The request of Ms. Connie Troiano to define a Class A
mobile home as a detached single family dwelling unit on the
following described property is hereby approved:

The petitioner is requesting authorization to install a
mobile home meeting the definition of a Class A Mobile Home as
set forth in Section 11. 05. 02, St. Lucie County Land Development
Code. The subject property is zoned AR-1 (Agricultural,
Residential - 1 du/ac), and is surrounded by vacant land, two
wholesale horticultural operations, and several single-family
homes.
The standards for Class A Mobile Homes established
Land Development Code relate to the unit's width, roof
roofing materials, and exterior finish/light reflection.
staff has reviewed this petition and has determined that
proposed unit meets these standards. Staff recommends that
grant approval to Draft Resolution 91-62. If you have
