LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. County, Florida, has made the following determinations: Lucie 1. Ms. Connie Troiano presented a petition to define a mobile home as a single family detached dwelling unit in an AR-1 (Agricultural, Residential - 1 du/ac) zoning district. 2. On April 23, 1991, this Board will hold a public hearing on'the. petition, after publishing a notice of such hearing in the Fort Pierce News Tribune on April 3, 1991, and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. 3. The standards for Class A Mobile Homes established Land Development Code relate to the unit's width, roof roofing materials, and exterior finish/light reflection. staff has reviewed this petition and has determined that proposed unit meets these standards.
