Boy]~ton Pump & Irrigation Supply owns approximately 1.16 acres o~ property along the west side of Oleander Avenue, between the D.O T. Maintenance Office and the Faith Baptist Church & School.. When our revised zoning maps were prepared in 198~, adjacent uses were designated as Institutional (I), since it best covered their operations. However, the Boynton Pump property was inadvertently included within this I designation, making them n°nC°nfo~ming. This apparent error was only recently brought up through In appraisal review of the property. At ':his time, staff is requesting that a petition be initiate! in the name of this Board to consider correcting this zoning onflict. If this Board agrees to this request, this matter will be scheduled for review before the Planning and Zoning Cc.mmission, and this Board, followin~ standard practices.
