Mr. Lawrence Monberg spoke on behalf of the petition stating that he is
acquainted with the site and has analyzed it. They have consulted with staff
in the Building & Zoning Dept. concerning the regulations pertaining to Side
yard setbacks. '
There was no opposition, to the petition.

petition of Herbert L. and Myron~Cohen, for a change in zoning classi-
fication from A-1 (agricultume) to R-4E (multiple dwellings, hotel and motel)
for pmoperty located on A-I-A, 1/2 mile Nomth of the Martin County Line and
directly South of Turtle Reef.
Speaking for the petition was Lawrence Monberg, Architect. He explained
that he had carefully analyzed the property involved, and found that 1~ units
could be placed on the said property. He presented copies of his site plan
drawings to the Board members. According to Resolution 77-92 pertaining to
"Minimum Yard Requirements" established in the District Regulations for R-4
Districts and P-1 Districts, a one-story building could be built on this ~site
because of the width of the property. The units would be approximately 600 sq.
ft. with 1.5 parking spaces per unit, for a total of 27 parking spaces. There
will be adequate run-off on all four sides.
There was no opposition to the petition.
