Future Land Use: Low/medium density residential. COMMENTS: The proposed rezoning is currently vacant. In fact, the whole area that is currently zoned B-3 is vacant. The proposed rezoning is consistent with existing land use and future land use plans for the area. However, it should be noted that, if this rezoning petition is granted, an almost unusable piece of B-3 zoning will be left adjacent to Orange Avenue because the depth will only be one hundred twenty feet (120'). Consideration should be given to rezon- lng the remaining B-3 to a residential zoning class- ification compatible with other zoning in the area. There were no objections to this petition.
