compliment this Board on the well organized, low key manner in

Mr. Gonano continue~, Mrs. Caviness has been trying to sell her property
for four years with no ~uJcess. The house was built in 1926 and is in very
poor conc~tion. The land use is IL, which is light industrial, and the ·
requested rezloning of B~ is consistent with the Growth Management Policy
Plan. He saiid Mrs' Cav~ness needs to sell her house for financial reasons.
Mr~,.Caviness has a potential buyer who is interested in using the
proPerty~for rental of p!ort-o-lets and mobil~ constructiJn offices, Mr.
Gmnano ~ai~' and ~he ~ee.ds to ~ell. She is In dire need.
