WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,-
aft ~r holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at [east fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all owners of
pro ~efty within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has
rec ~mmended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
Cour ty that the hereinafter described requests for changes in zoning
cla sification be granted, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing
on anuary 8, 1980. after publishing a notice of said hearing in the
News Tribnne on December 21, 1979.
