Box ~504, Beach Station Vero Beach, FL 32960 Dear Mr. Wood: I am enclosing a copy of -the Resolution which provides for a Special Exception granted by the Board of Adjustment at their regular meeting on August 17, 1977. This Resolution .grants permmssion for you to use a residential area for parking for a business located outside of the residentially Zone d area. You are required by the' County Landscaping Ordinance to screen ~a vehicular use area with a ten (10.) foot vegatative area, installed as per requirements of this Ordinance. Compliance with the setbacks of the State imposed con- struction setback line will be necessary unless a variance is granted by the Department of Natural Resources.
