in the year of 1978.
The meeting of the Planning g Zoning Board is
lel'd the fourth Thursday of each month and we must
~eceive your Petition thirty days prior to your
eeting. It will be necessary for you to be represented
it both meetings in the event there is a question con-
~erning your re-zoning. It is not necessary to be
epresented by an attorney but in the event you prefer
aving an attorney represent you I can only suggest that
ou consult the yellow pages mn the telephone directory
or help in obtaining, an attorney. It is against the
olicy of the Building $ Zoning Department to make
=-commendations for mompanies' or individuals.
