RE: Property Tax ID #2317-343-0005-000/8
Dea Mr. McCletland:
At your request, our research indicates the above referenced
pro?erty is a non-conforming lot of record.
You can apply for a Class A Mobile Home, as discussed with you in
our office, or apply for a single family residence. The AG
(ag~Ficultural, I dwelling unit per acre) zoning requirements are
hig]]lighted on the enclosed lot size dimensional chart. At the
tim,~ you apply for either the Class A Mobile Home or a residence,
we will process an administrative variance because you have no
Cou]lty road frontage. There is no fee for the administrative
var~_ance and should only delay your permit a few days.
If you have any questions regarding the Class A application,
ple~ se contact the Planning Office at 468-1576. We wi!] be glad
to ssist you with any other questions.
