The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of an amended pe- tition which is to rezone only the north 5 acres. Mr. Vonckx was present and stated that he and his wife would like very much to have the petition granted. Mrs. Vonckx stated that their son and his wife would like to move to the area and live on the property which is why the rezon- ing is requested. Upon a question from Com. Enns, Mr. Vonckx stated that the amended petition (the north 5 acres only) is all that is needed since they plan to build a house and will not use a mobile home as originally planned. There was no opposition to the petition. Moved by Com. McCain, seconded by Com. Park and, ~pon roll call, carried unanimously, to adopt Res.
