Burke to Define a Class A Mobile Home as a Single Family Detached Dwelling Unit. Tropical Acres was origionaly platted for Single Family Units being built as a perminate structure. A Class A Mobile Home does not meet that requirement. I do know that a mobile home is permissable during the construction of a perminate structure and must be removed upon completion 'of said structure. Again, this unit does not meet this criteria. PLEASE NOTE: if this unit is approved, it would allow other Class A Mobile Homes to be used in place of PERMINATE STRUCTURES. This does not and will not conform to the surrounding structures in this area. Page 2 Chairman Fenn & Board Members: As a prOperty owner, I am asking that you, our elected Board of County Commissioners, please consider the ramifications of this petition should you vote in favor of it. A vote against this petition request is asked for in favor of all property owners in TROPICAL ACRES that have met the prescribed requirement and built PERMINATE SINGLE FAMILY STRUCTURES. All of these have met all Building Codes and again, a Mobile Home, Class A or otherwise, doesn't. A vote of NO promotes the confidence that we have entrusted to you our Board of County Commissioners. May I thank you in advance for your full cooperation in this very important matter. I remain, Enclosure: Copy of Petition cc: Copy to all Board Members ST.
