WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of

1. Rollin Tedder presented a petition for a

to install a mobile home, meeting the definition of a C1
Mobile Home as set forth in Section 2. 2. 000 (46), St.
County Zoning Ordinance. The site for this proposed mobile
has frontage on right-of-way recently acquired by St.
County for the extension of Jenkins Road.
County staff has reviewed this petition and determ/ned
proposed unit to meet all requirements. Staff recommends
