The undersigned, on behalf of James p. Bowman and Pennington R.
Wimbush, as Trustees for the Doctors Bowman, Wimbush and FOrman
P.A. Profit Sharing and Pension Plan Trust, hereby withdraws
their petition for change of the Official Zoning Atlas of St.
Lucie County of that certain 12.78 acre parcel having Property
Tax I.D. No. 2323-501-0064.000 from AR1 to IL.
Please note that the petitioners wish to continue their petition
for a change in future land uses classification of said Property
from SU to X.

It is anticipated that development will cause no significant impact on public fac~],iti~
since it is within a few hundred feet of the Florida Turnpike interchange and
approximately 3/4 mile from the 1-95 interchange on Okeechohee Boulevard. Since no
residents are anticipated in the development, the're should be no impact on-the school
system..
(C) What are the anticipated effects on the natural environment as a
result of this Amendment? If no effect is 'expected, please state
why. Since it is anticipated .that water and sewer will _be provided to the
property, no significant impact on the environment is anticipated.
(d) Will the proposed Amendment result in an orderly and logical
development pattern? Yes. Since the property is located on the corner

property carries a Growth Management Policy Plan designation of SU.
(b) What are the anticipated impacts of the proposed Amendment on
public facilities in this area? If no impact is expected, please
state why.
It is anticipated that development will cause no significant impact on pu.bli, c faci]itl
since it is within a few hundred feet of the Florida Turnpike interchange and
approximately 3/4 mile from the 1-95 interchange on Okeechobee Boulevard. Since no
residents are anticipated in the development, the~re should be no impact on the school
system.
(c) What are the anticipated effects on the natural environment as a
result of this Amendment? If no effect is 'expected, please state
why. S~nce it is anticipated that water and sewer will be provided to the
property, no significant impact on the environment is anticipated.
(d) Will the proposed Amendment result in an orderly and logi.cal
development pattern? Yes. Since the property ts located on the corner
of the Sunshine Parkway and Okeechobee Boulevard, it is"anticipated that ~ne
property will develop in a pattern compatible with th~,other corners of said
