In compliance with the provisions of the St. Lucie County Zoning
Ordinance you are hereby advised that Apostle Faith Church of
Deliverance, Inc., by Agent: Charles L. Hendley, has petitioned
the Board of County~Commissioners for a change in zoning from RS-
4 (Residential, Single Family - 4 du/ac) to I (Institutional) for
the following described property:
Lots 1, 2, 15 amd 16, Block 51, SUNLAND GARDENS, No.' 4 as to the
plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 76, of the Public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(Location: Approximately 106 ft. south of Avenue O, bordering on
N. 43rd St. and N. 44th St.)
The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on
this petition at 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, January 12, 1988, in Room
101, St. Lucie County Administration Building, 2300 Virginia
Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida. All interested persons will be
given an opportunity to be heard at that time. The petitioners
wish to construct a religious facility.
