Mr. Thomas stated that at the Site Plan hearings, the discussions are primarily concerned with zoning, but the zoning is already established. This recommendation is that if the proper zoning ms present, the site plan is filed, and all site plan requirements have been met, then the Board of County Commis- sioners will have to approve the Site Plan, but it will not be done at a public hearing. It is not a question of zoning, but one of whether or not they agree with the findings on. site plan requirements. Motion by. Mr. Tiernan and second by Mr. Skeff~ngton to approve the peYition.
