BO_~D OF COUNTY C~.~.~ISSIONEP~ On May 20, 1980, the Board directed county staff to develop a zoning resolution amendment which v~uld allow county staff to approve minor modifications to approved Site Plans. On June 3, 1980, the Board referred to the Planning and Zoning Cc~nission the proposed amendment which you are considering. County staff would recaunend approval of this proposed amendment.
