Green to approve the petition by Resolution No. 80-76, was seconded by Com- McCain, and upon roll call, unanimously carried. BO_~D OF COUNTY C~.~.~ISSIONEP~ On May 20, 1980, the Board directed county staff to develop a zoning resolution amendment which v~uld allow county staff to approve minor modifications to approved Site Plans. On June 3, 1980, the Board referred to the Planning and Zoning Cc~nission the proposed amendment which you are considering. County staff would recaunend approval of this proposed amendment. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION JULY 24, 1980 pUBLIC HEARING: Petition of the Board of County Commissioners to amend Section 7, Sub- Section 20, Paragraph6 of the St. Lucie County Zoning Resolutions by adding at the end of Paragraph 6: "Minor adjustments to an approved Site Plan wKich do not result in any ~ ~of the following, may be approved by the Site Plan Technica--i--Review Committee: (!) Said petition being self-explanatory, there was no discussion by the Board. Motion by Mr. Scott and second by Mr. Skeffington for approval; motion passed by unanimous voice vote. The Planning and Zoning Commission will recommend approval of this petition to the Board of County Commissioners.
