Gary Ament, Community Development Director June 19, 1987 Resolution determining a class A mobile home as a detached single family dwelling unit in an AG (Agricultural) Zoning District BACKGROUND: ~-Randolph Willis has Petitioned for a determination of a class A mobile home as a-detached single family dwelling unit in an AG (Agricultural~) zoning district for property located 335 ft. south of Orange Avenue on the west side of Trowbridge Road. On May 28, 1987 the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the Board apprOve the petition. Consistent with Board policy, staff has drafted a resolution approving the proposed determinat~ion of a class A mobile home as a detached singlefamilydwe!ling unit. On Thursday, May 28, 1987, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission held a public nearing on tnis proposal. At that nearing, there were no objections presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding this petition.
