OCEAN TOWERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (R-4E & R-lA to Existing Land Use' High Density Residential east of S.R. A-1-A with Low Density Residential west of S.R. A-1-A. Future Land Use: Medium Density Residential COMMENTS: The proposed rezoning is consistent with existing land use in the area, existing zoning in the area, and pro- posed future land use. Site size is approximately sixty-four (64) acres. Under the proposed GrowthManagement Policy Plan classification, over seven hundred (700) units would be possible on the site. Existing zoning would per- mit approximately three hundred fifty-seven (357) units. The proposed rezoning to R-4A would permit a legal max- imum of three hundred twenty (320) units. Consequently, the proposed rezoning would constitute a reduction in allowable maximum densities below both existing zoning and proposed future land use.
