Padriek stated Th~ existing sewer plant has been there for some Time and was bought by Mr. Costa originally. It was purchased Costa by a group (North Hutchinson Services) who is spending a lot money Trying To upgrade it and it was discovered it was in a R-gE zone and should be in The PS-1 (public service district) zone.
