WHEREAS, t~e St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning
Commission after holding a public hearing of which due
notice was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to
said hearing and all owners of property within 300 feet
were not/fi/ed by mail of said hearing, has recommended
to the Board Of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County
that the hereina'fter described'request for changes in
zoning classifications be Granted, and
