WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning CommissiOn, after
holding a public hearing of which due notice was published at least 15 days
prior to said hearing and all. OWners of property within 300 feet were notified
by mail of said hearing, has recommended to the Board of County CommiSSioners
of st. Lucie County that the hereinafter described request for changes in
zoning classifications be Granted, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public heari
December 1, 1981, after publishing a notice of said hearing in the
