PBOCIDR (B-3 to R-4A) Existing Laud Use: Future Land Use: Vacant. Surrounding land use with exception of a golf course is also vacant. Low Density Residential (maximum development density of 5 dwelling units per acre). The proposed rezoning is consistent with the adopted GMPP. A Site Plan for a multi-family project was approved by the Board o--~County Cccmissioners prior to the adoption of the GMPP. However, the current zoning of B-3 will nor permit the construction of dwelling units.
