Mr. Northrop Geer, associate realtor with Land'and Rivers Realtors, represented Mr. Pereau. He gave the Board a copy of the survey and stayed it was an odd shaped lot. There is 290 ft. frontage on US #]. The 200 ft. east of US ~l is needed for parking motor vehicles bein repaired or that have been repaired as the front portion of the prof,erty will be used for the service area.
