The Planning and Zoning Com. held a public hearing on this p
on October 22, 1970. Petitioner was represented by Robert Jernigaz

Arthur Wood, Engineer, advised that the prospective purchase~
(~assuba Development Corp) has engaged his firm to prepare plans fcr
the Bloodworth property along with the DiVagno tract. Sh~wed a drawing
of the proposed layout for the DiVagno property, stating the same design
will be carried thrlu tothe proposed extension_. City sewe~ and water will
be available. Mr. Wood stressed this rezoning request iT not for specula-

In the course of discussion it was suggested a mobil~

seemed to feel B-2 preferable.
