Mrs. Boysen stated they wanted to change the zonin to A-1 so they
could keep their childrens pets, as they plan to be in -H. Theyhave
two ponies now. She stated there was no mess that they kept the ~r°ppings
picked up and l~imed down. She presented a petition fro~ neighbor~ s~at-
cng they were not opposed to the change. She ~lso stated Mr. Mil~er from
the Health Dept. has been out and said there was no problem as far as the

Mr. Charles Ball stated he lives directly East of I ~e Boysen~ and
their properties adjoin. 'He said there were no odors f~m the ponies and
he did not oppose the change in zoning classification.
Mrs. Wilson stated her property adjoins the Boysens and ~heyt]mann_ot
use our Bar-B-Q room because the ponies are right up ags inst the ?ence all
the time and t~e odor and flies are terrible. She stated they ha. 2 horses
and Mr. Charles Ball complained about them and they were made to ~et rid
of them. She stated they were definitely opposed to th. change 0i zoning
and presented a petition signed by neighbors opposing t~e change.
Mr. Frank Brewer stated he had gone out to look it ~ver and aid
the-~ponies are close to the neighbors home and he would Inot like ~he
pon~es c!~se to~ the be,droom windows either.
