Mr. Charles Ball stated he lives directly East of I ~e Boysen~ and their properties adjoin. 'He said there were no odors f~m the ponies and he did not oppose the change in zoning classification. Mrs. Wilson stated her property adjoins the Boysens and ~heyt]mann_ot use our Bar-B-Q room because the ponies are right up ags inst the ?ence all the time and t~e odor and flies are terrible. She stated they ha. 2 horses and Mr. Charles Ball complained about them and they were made to ~et rid of them. She stated they were definitely opposed to th. change 0i zoning and presented a petition signed by neighbors opposing t~e change.
